LSU women's basketball star Angel Reese again took to social media Monday to send a message to those who are speculating over her recent absence from the court.
Reese was benched for the second half of a win over Kent State on Nov. 14, and then she was nowhere to be seen when LSU played Southeastern Louisiana in Hammond Saturday. She also sat out Monday night's win over Texas Southern.
LSU coach Kim Mulkey said that Reese is still a member of the team, and that she hoped to have her playing again soon.

Rumors have been rampant across social media on where Reese's status stands with the program.
On Monday, Reese shared a speech to Instagram by Colorado football coach Deion Sanders that seemed to be a message to those judging her over the current situation.
"Look at me, what about me would make you think that I care about your opinion of me," Sanders said in the video clip. "Your opinion of me is not the opinion I have of myself. You ain't make me so you can't break me."
Reese posted to X on Sunday, "Please don't believe everything you read."
