On May 22, 2023, The Federal Gov filed their APPELLEE BRIEF after requesting a 30 day extension to Grand Master Jay’s current Appeals process. This change of date has now created an extension in the current timeline for The Appeals Court Sessions Calendar. The upcoming session set for mid June may now be extended until late July. We don’t know just yet but one thing for certain we will continue to keep you in the loop of what is unfolding in the coming days and months.
There are currently several Judges that sit on the 6th Circuit Court, close to half are Senior Judges. The process now entails for them to read through all documentation submitted in this case and then to collaborate to collectively come to a resolution that we pray will reflect in our beloved Grand Master Jay’s favor! It is now in the hands of TMH so continue to keep him lifted in your prayers.
Now is the time more than ever for us to unite in our prayers and financial contributions to Grand Master Jay’s Legal Defense Fund as we have all witnessed how the world has financially come together in support of the Ex-Marine Daniel Penny who so brazenly and unapologetically choked the life out of our brother Jordon Neely on a NYC subway, flooding his GiveSendGo with donations totaling more than $2,711,000 in less than 2 days! Grand Master Jay has Killed no one! Grand Master Jay is innocent of all accusations against him! Grand Master Jay needs our financial support to offset theses legal fees that continue to rise up against him.
